Organisationsanalyse

A working group around Prof. Dörte Negnal wrote a book about “Deradicalization” as Transitional Work. Their work included the organizational analysis of the process of estabilishing and maintaning a project for the prevention of radicalization of prisoners during detention. Naturally, an important part of the project work was based on collaboration with penal institutions, the ministry of justice, sponsors and other projects. During a retreat, the team members of the investigated project gathered events, milestones, fails and achievements on a pin board to visualize the course and development of the project. The resulting poster was a documentation of the process and my task was to structure and anonymize it for publication in the book.
