Fieldlab Marquardt

Data paper

The fieldlab for digital agriculture Marquardt is one of the sites where the DFG-funded research unit Cosmic Sense is working on improving the method of Cosmic Ray Neutron Sensing (CRNS) for the quantification of soil moisture. In the frame of my position at University of Potsdam I have been involved in the ongoing work and designed an overview figure of the work carried out at the site. The figure was part of a data paper featuring three years of CRNS data at the site.

The figure shows an overview of the CRNS Cluster Marquardt, including a schematic view of the landscape, applied measurement techniques, and notable weather conditions over the study period.
