Drought monitor

I created a new color scale for the daily maps of plant-available water published by the Drought Monitor of the the Helmholtz-Centre for Environmental Research - UFZ. The color scale was chosen to highlight critical conditions, such as exceptional dry (< 30%) or excessively wet states (> 80% plant-available water). This approach ensures that significant deviations from optimal moisture levels are easily recognizable.
